My what a good nights sleep can do! Feel much better, GREAT w/out, plyometrics, my current fave. Food is great. Finally noticing my clothes getting looser and energy really increasing. Felt really "off" for a while there, it's all about the food and keeping it clean. Nice to feel totally back on track, mentally,emotionally and physically. Such a blessing ~
