Did Kenpo X, loved it!! so much more fun when Im better at it! LOL!! Not the most coordinated person so in the past I had to stop and pause until I was able to get some of the sequences down...LOL!!!! That's why I love running, ya just put one foot in front of the other for a long time....=)
