Had a great weight training w/out, only negative, had carparl tunnel for 3 yrs. so my wrists are weak/painful so can make pull ups and push ups very challenging. Think I am going to buy some bands instead, the pain is not worth it and leaves my feeling discouraged when I can lift as much. No room for discouragement at this point. Love how empowered I feel after lifitng, such a great high! :o)
